InspireTools is a collection of free online utilities for everyday work with documents, images, audio, video, data and numbers. It is a product of InspireCare.

What we believe

Your files are yours. Wherever it is technically possible, a tool does its work inside your browser, on your own device. The file is never sent to us. Each tool states plainly how it processes your data, and we do not describe a tool as private unless it is.

Tools should be honest. Every tool tells you what it can and cannot do. If a conversion loses quality, removes selectable text or cannot handle a particular kind of file, the page says so before you start rather than after.

Simple beats clever. A tool should open quickly, work without an account, and get out of your way. There are no sign-up walls, no watermarks and no artificial limits designed to sell an upgrade.

Everyone should be able to use it. The site is built to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, a phone or an old laptop, in light or dark mode.

How it works

Most tools run entirely in your browser using standard web technology. Audio and video tools use the codecs built into your browser. A few larger engines, such as text recognition and on-device AI, are downloaded from this site the first time you use them and then cached, so they work offline afterwards.

We count how often each tool is used so that we know what to improve. These are simple totals: they are not linked to you, and they never include your files, text or results. The privacy policy explains exactly what is and is not collected.
