Can I use the result commercially?

Yes. The shapes are generated from your own settings and are yours to use anywhere, with no attribution.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The graphic is generated in your browser.

JavaScript is turned off. InspireTools processes files in your browser, so the tools need JavaScript to run.
