Is my business data stored?

Only if you choose "Remember my business details", and then only in this browser. Invoices are created on your device and never uploaded.

When does IGST apply instead of CGST and SGST?

IGST applies when the place of supply (the buyer's state) differs from the seller's state. Within one state, the tax is split equally into CGST and SGST.

Does it generate an e-invoice (IRN)?

No. Businesses above the e-invoicing turnover limit must register invoices on the Invoice Registration Portal to get an IRN and QR code.
